As an independent mixed media artist, each piece of work I create is unique and made with care, creativity, and intention. Please note the following:

1. Custom / On-Demand Creations

All artwork created on demand is produced specifically for you. Because each piece is custom, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or detail from examples shown. These variations are part of the authenticity and originality of the work.

2. Production & Turnaround Time

Timelines for completion will vary depending on the complexity of the request, material availability, and current workload. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated in advance, but may be subject to change.

 

3. Payment & Deposits

All purchases are final. Please allow 2-3 days for payments to process.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are not available.

5. Rights & Usage

The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commissioned works may be shared in the artist’s portfolio, website, or social media.
